All very smooth from check in to departure. The apartment was as expected and totally comfortable. The only slight challenge was the underground car park, which needs better signage as it is not immediately by the access to the hotel. But quickly remedied on check in.

The staff was excellent, super super kind, friendly, knowledgeable, capable, and helpful. The only unpleasant thing was the smell in the lobby and room. It wasn't a "bad" smell, but it was some kind of weird overpowering chemical smell (I guess)... anyway, overall the stay was excellent!!!
