Had a very late arrival on a trip to Mexico and didn't want to have the hassle of transport to and from the airport. A leisurely walk to the hotel inside the airport was invaluable after a long international flight. The check in was seamless and the rooms were excellent. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. It was a fantastic end to a busy trip.

Wonderful experience. We were upgraded upon arrival to Gold. This was a very pleasant experience, the room was beautiful and we loved the private lounge. The nibbles were good for breakfast and dinner. We will definitely stay again the next time we travel.

Well located for our purposes for a comfortable overnight stay

The stay was short - had some points I’d like to mention - the plugs in the night table beside my queen bed did not work which I sadly only found out after I laid down & realized my CPAP machine would not operate (room 1223). The toilet was very low so there should definitely be a bar in there to help us older folks to get up. Same with the spacious shower - a bar in there would definitely be handy. Did not like the fact that they charged an extra $20 (on top of a $340 room rate to check in early even though a room was ready and available) - most hotels will check you in early based on availability.
