Check in was quick & friendly even at 2am after our late flight arrival. Room was clean and functional. Only a very short walk from terminal, would stay again when in Christchurch.

Overall very satisfied - service in bar and restaurant was excellent! Room comfortable.- reception desks for check in out small not enough staff - waited for both check in and out too long. Little things - the lighting switches are not well appointed particularly from bed. Nowhere to place vanity bag in bathroom. Nowhere to dry hair in bathroom had to dry by bed where lighting was not good.
