I'm used to stay almost every month, usually got room upgrade with my diamond status. This time, got a dark room on 3rd level, have to ask for drink voucher, no hair dryer in room. Quite bad experience, I'll give another try before considering swapping to different place. Adding fact that room cancellation must be done 24h in advance now (was beforfe 18h same day before) while prices are going up, may be time to try different hotel brand.

It was a 1 night stay. As with all Novotels, it's a convenient, modern, and relatively impersonal hotel. The room was big with a modern bathroom. Very quiet and comfortable. The hotel is situated nearby the train station and several brasseries and restaurants. The breakfast was plenty and very good. It was perfect for my stay.

I would like to underline that the elevator service was not good, long waiting. Time especially in the morning. For the rest the experience is satisfactory

The "King bed" was marde of two seperate matress, not ok for a Superior Room.... Breakfast was marde of canned fruits, nothing seemed fresh... Wasn't worth the money paid....
