Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was not that good as expected for this class of hotel. But that time, the guy at the front desk was speeking English very well (which was not the case for my previous stays).

Very clean. Utilities work efficiently stove, aiecon, wifi. Great you have elevators not just stair. Staff informative and helpful.

700m from metro is not bad. Was very safe at night, even as a woman alone. Knowledgeable helpful staff. Room very clean and spacious. Utilities work: big sceen TV, aircon, stove, wifi, landine, Kitchenette had all required crockery and cutlery.

Downside: 1.The room is not clean enough. 2.I made two wrong reservations and canceled on the next day, the refund should be automatic but actually it took a lot of communicational effort to get the refund. Good side: 1. Coffee is good and is always available 2. Reception is helpful
