Needed a couple more pillows in bedroom and a couple of extra towels in bathroom. One towel is not enough per person. Also it would be lovely to make a cup of tea. Otherwise everything was perfect. Staff were lovely.

Pillows are not of great comfort, I woke up with neck pain. No gym facilities nor any agreement with any gym nearby. Breakfast is okay but lacking a bit of "not sweet varieties". Windows are not blocking any sound from the street at all nor the walls, I could well hear my neighbours peeing in the toilet...

The workers are just amazing and kind. What makes ibis vilnuis centre so special and loving, has less to do with its location, rooms, breakfast, etc... Its all about the service you get from the workers. Their smile, availability to help and assist.
