So far, this is the best ibis budget I've ever experienced with. The room space is the same big as ibis styles in Tokyo. The room amenities were unbelievably sophisticated for Ibis Budget tier. The breakfast buffet served is also good, at least compared to Ibis Budget in Indonesia. The staffs are so friendly and helpful since the check-in process to check-out process.

Location - close to Osaka Umeda station Facilities - good. As described. Laundry mat is a bonus for traveller. Staff - friendly and very co-operative. Definitely recommend.

Staff were friendly. The late checkout would hv been better if can be extend to 3 or 4pm instead of 1pm. Hotel Furnishings were a little dated. But generally clean.

Thank you so much for staying with us. We apologize for not being able to provide an extension till 3 or 4 PM. Our house keeping companies start work from 10AM to 3 or 4 PM everyday and we have been fully booked recently. This is why we couldnt accept extended to check out. Good location and rooms are clean but too small that luggages dont fit. Some people fr the reception don’t speak English well. They could not even find me an Uber XL that we need when we were about to check out. I sent emails to clarify the number of guests for the 2 rooms we booked. They did not reply only to find out when we checked in that I need to pay for an extra person.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We sincerly apologize for not properly confirming the number of people in your reservation when you sent inquiry to the reservation department in advance. Your original reservation was for 2 adults and 2 children in total, however you informed us the number of adults was 3 , We should had to notice in advance. In addition to this, We charged for the child who was over 13 years old . We sould had to ask how old children were . I will train reservation staff to confirm reservation and provide accurate guidance, also train front staff who cant speak english well. Again, we aplogize for making you feel uncomfortable . I will more educate staff more to make all guests happy. Sincerely, Rooms Manager
