We enjoyed moving the penguins around the hotel. The hotel was close to the wedding venue we attended. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Asked for room service & bed never made up during the service. Only emptied the trash cans & two times had to request some fresh towels after they serviced the room. In addition to the 2020 stay, I have stayed at your properties in Cincinnati & Bentonville, AR which were outstanding.

I couldn't access my initial room 603 I think b/c the power/battery on the card reader to the door was broken. They had to put me in another room which is fine, but it was 1230 am and I was very hungry and eager to get into my room. In the room I ended up getting, shower pressure was average and tile on sink was chipping.

I'm an art geek so i was totally in it for the art and the penguins. The hotel was easy to find with easy parking. The staff was helpful and fun. The room was comfortable and spacious. 100% would stay again :)

Our stay could not have been better. Literally. Madyson at the front desk. Started it off a week in advance when our reservation was in jeopardy. She facilitated not only a room upgrade but management also added restaurant vouchers for our stay. We were overwhelmed when we arrived at the cleanliness and comfort of our room. Again don’t know how it could’ve been better top to bottom, five star, blue chip.
