21C is a very nice hotel. Enjoyed my stay however I did miss amenities that are typically available with most hotels. There was no waste basket in the bath room. No ice machine on the floors. Had to request ice be brought up. The bag was of ice was so large it did not fit in the ice bucket. Had to request a fridge for the room and it didn't get cold enough to keep items cold. No microwave in room to warm up food. 21C is a very unique hotel and I'm sure you strive to be different. Don't lose sight of the little things that make the stay more convenient for guest.

I only stayed one night and had heard rave reviews. The free museum was a nice touch, but for the high price, I didn't think it was anything special. The bed was nice and comfy but the shower and lowered bath in an enclosed room was not ideal. The staff wasn't very intersted when I checked in and therefore the key didn't work, no info was given on wifi, etc. Disappointing!

Prior to arrival, our experience with Nancy Gilmore was fantastic. She address some concerns and provided solutions. Thank you Nancy. The only issue we had was with housekeeping. They didn’t make up the roll away bed nor was their any soap bar available for the tub. After asking for a bar of soap, non was provided. Otherwise trip was good. Also, we have yet to receive out invoice for the stay.

The location is features a whole floor of art gallery space. Metropole Restaurant was very good. Service was very helpful. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Walkable to all of downtown Cincinnati and OTR. Only complaint is blackout blinds are bad in the morning. Self serve laundromat would be a nice addition.
