The location was terrific. The Restaurant was very good. The accommodation in the Morton wing was appalling. The room and bathroom were uncomfortably small. You both had to sit on the side of the bed to watch TV. The cost for this poor experience was excessive. Guests should be informed of the size of the bedroom and bathroom when they book and/or check in. We will not be returning to Peppers Cragieburn, and neither will we be recommending it to any of our friends, relatives and acquaintances.

Be very careful- I booked 4 rooms for 2 nights with free cancellation up to the day of the booking at $766 each room with no b’fast. I became quite ill and needed to cancel 1 room for 1 night the day before, they did not honour the contract. Don’t stay here!

We had a lovely time, specially with the help of Robert who is very helpful & accommodating. Everything went well except one instance during check in I was waiting in the que for almost 10 minutes when a female receptionist (could not remember her name but I asked Robert for her name) ignored me when another lady customer turned up straight away this named lady asked if a customer needs help I then said 'Oh what happened to me? I was standing here for donkeys waiting patiently for assistance (Robert was very busy attending to a few customers). When Robert was ready he then helped me & this lady receptionist did not even apologised. When I mentioned what happened to Robert he apologised on her behalf ? hmmm for a receptionist this lady is definitely in a wrong job. Otherwise overall we are very happy & will re visit again just dampen with this incident, otherwise Robert make sure he makes up for it
