Very friendly, very nice, very good would love to visit again.... Very kind 😃😌😍💯🎉🥳💖😍 She made out stay memorable and I really want to come again whenever I ll be coming kochi and ll be suggesting my neighbours. Front desk department helped us a alot and giving awesome service and their behaviour was good and polite do thank you Novotel Kochi Inforpark and we ll come back.

Room service were extremely bad- had to call many times to get anything ( towel, glass,food) Gym did not had water bottle and towel which should be there In the room when I entered on the 1st day there were cockroaches Even after complaining many times reception team never came back with answer Overall I travel a lot and usually stay in Accor property but going forward neither I would stay nor I would recommend anyone to stay. Treatment was at par with 2 star category hotel

Very bad and devastated experience

I had a very bad check in experience.. to much time it was taken. Next on the first night stay the bathroom door Knob was loosened and feel on my leg. This was so bad that there was deep cut and blood oozed out. When I complained and ask them to fix it there was not much of an apology. Further repeated reminders only had them fix it. Breakfast again had issues there was no proper stewards to take care of even though there were hardly any guests. Check out again the receipt what they gave was full of dark vertical lines indicating the toner was repaired. I'm still waiting from the front desk to send a clean soft copy.

We had a pleasant stay at Novotel. The breakfast was wholesome and the rooms were very comfortable. Pragati from the front desk was very helpful throughout our stay. The location is great for all travels within the city. We had a pleasant trip ,thanks to Novotel!
