From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were made to feel like royalty. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, they were ahead of the game at all times and thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. They even purchased several games for our children to play in our room on the evenings that we didn’t venture out and surprised us with them! The front office team, the breakfast and dinner team, the concierge chaps, the housekeeping team, the cleaners, the plaza team, everyone was simply amazing. My son likened the level of service to The Burj Al Arab! We had a phenomenal week here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The concierge team organised several trips for us and we really got to experience Riyadh and loved it. Will definitely be returning! Thank you team Fairmont Riyadh 🙏🏻

The Conceirge - Mohamed and the manager at the Pent House / Fairmont Gold - Yugan have both rendered close and personal service to me that made me feel at home. I enjoyed the stay largely due to their great services.

We recently stayed at the hotel for a short business trip during Ramadan. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and constantly smiling throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, and the room service team was incredibly kind. We enjoyed our iftar at the hotel, where the food selection was extensive and exceptionally delicious.
