I love this hotel, primarily because of it's location. We return to it often. The triple room was fine, and the bathroom a bit snug. Hot water kettle, but no coffee maker. Service is unobtrusive. We didn't avail the food and beverage services.

Swissotel Makkah is one of the best hotels located within Haram. I have stayed at some other hotels within the same complex/Clock Tower, and Swissotel scores the best of all. We stayed there for some of March and April 2024.

Highly disappointed and miss treated during the check-in

Aqeel Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

The check-in process took more then 2 hours and was a nightmare because our room was not ready even untill after 6 pm. The person at the checkin counter kept us waiting without any explanation or apology, Later we were told to contact the Hotel's duty manager, only to find out he was not available. It was very chaotic and felt they don't care about the guests comfort at all. This is in my experience the worst check-in and I would advise others not to book here. There is no hospitality present in this so called "5 star hotel". Also the room which was provided didn't match our expectations as the room shown was different then one given to us and any request for room change was simply ignored. Inside the bathroom, we saw clear signs of mold, which effected the health of my elderly mother.
