Personalen var fantastiska, maten var super god men byggnationen och wifin gjorde att det förstörde helheten. Vi bokade ett rum med havsutsikt och det fick vi men det var så mycket arbete längs stranden och längs palmön att man aldrig kunde njuta då det lät hela tiden. Rummet var jätte fint och alltid välstädat men när man ville sitta på balkongen för att njuta av utsikten så var de så mycket oljud att det ej var möjligt. Detta höll ju på sent på natten också. Det var synd för det var jätte fint hotell men fantastisk personal. Wifi på hotellet var bra på vissa delar men på vårt rum fungerade det knappt, personalen var medveten när jag påpekade detta så det fanns ju inget de kunde göra. Det är ju trots allt 2018!

Allt var bara perfekt, vi hade Fairmont golf och det kan jag verkligen rekommendera . Lugnt och skönt med egen lounge till frukost, afternoon Tea samt kvällsfika med drinkar. Bra restauranger på hotellet och all personal var väldigt serviceminded.

Fantastiskt fint hotell med mycket vänlig personal. Stora rum, sköna sängar, bra frukost, bra gym. Det enda negativa med hotellet är pågående byggnation på stranden.

Det var en bra upplevelse att bo på Fairmont. God mat i hotellets restauranger. Fin strand och bra poolområde. Tyvärr var det lite byggnationer bredvid som störde litegrann. Både ljudmässigt och estetiskt.

Trevligt och ganska bra nivå på service och faciliteter. Dock stördes vi av det pågående byggnadsarbetet utanför. Hade hellre bott högre upp i byggnaden än på tredje våningen. Bad om ett rum högre upp men det gick inte att ordna. Hade deluxe rum på våning 3.

Jag är mycket nöjd med Fairmont the Palm överlag. Väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Rent och fräscht överallt. Jag skulle definitivt åka tillbaka och välja Fairmont Gold igen.

« Snyggt och välskött hotell med god mat och service. »

Har bott på hotellet 3 gånger. Dock var senaste vistelsen en stor besvikelse. Det pågår ett stort bygge vid hotellet som innebär kraftiga störningsmoment såsom ständigt körande lastbilar mellan hotellet och stranden, stora byggkranar som stör utsikten samt oljud från morgon till kväll. Kan inte rekommendera att bo på detta hotell innan detta är klart. Vid min bokning av hotellet mörkade man denna viktiga information istället för att vara tydlig med att detta bygge skapar stora olägenheter. Vid mitt påpekande till hotellet var mottagandet lika med noll trots att jag bokat 2 rum i Gold Club. Kommer att dröja innan jag bokar Fairmont igen!
