Overall good but not excellent. Helpful and available staff. Very good bed and shower room. Some disappointments were: The bedside lamps are terrible. Far too bright. Sofa bed did not fold as sofa so it stayed as a bed during the whole stay. Not very convenient. Kitchen equipment missing such a toaster that we needed to ask for at the reception desk.

The apartment is very well located and 100% equipped, close to several shops and the neighborhood is very good. I really liked the accommodation. The only negative point was that it didn't allow us to change the temperature of the air conditioner. We arrived on the first day of spring (21.3) and it was very hot, windows were locked and we were informed that the possibility of using air conditioning was restricted to other seasons. I believe that the hotel needs to be careful, for guests from other cultures, like us, who come from a tropical country, where 20ºC is already very hot and uncomfortable. The room was nice and the staff was friendly. Couple of small issues : The bed sheet was not big enough to firmly tucked beneath the mattress, so it comes off the sides every morning. Also one day someone came and tried to clean the window, but as our French wasn't very good we were unsure what he wanted and so he left. Only later when someone called us to explain and we let him back in to clean the window. Minor issues which are not big problems.
