Right from reservation till check-out I'd awesome experience. I personally want to mention Ms. Sasu Pamela for helping me proactive to reservations, team in restaurant were awesome serving customers experience happy breakfast. I can't forget Ms. Philomena for seamless check-out processes and finally the airport transfer. If I'm visiting Accra again, its for sure to stay at Ibis Styles Accra!!

I booked this hotel cause I have stayed there last year and it was affordable. I booked for 5 days this time around like my previous stay. Room was not too clean. Room phone did not work. Towels were not always replaced as well as soap dispensers. I was ill during my stay and had to come to the lobby to order food service as my phone did not work. Despite having to come downstairs to order my meals and complained that my phone was not working I was still charged room service. I have let the hotel know upon checkout that I would not be staying there in future or refer colleagues. In addition, I had referred a colleague that stayed at the hotel at the same time. They had several complaints and feels the same way about not booking this hotel any time in the future.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the unfortunate experience you encountered with to the condition of the room and its amenities, the problem with the phone in your room and the trouble you had to go through to order your food despite being ill. It is our constant endeavour to offer our Cherish guests, seamless experience through our commitment to quality services and we are committed to addressing any lapses experienced by our guests. Rest assured I have shared your comments with the housekeeping team and adequate training/ coaching will be carried out to avoid future recurrences. Our maintenance team is also working hard to resolve the problem with some of the phones. We would please like to inform you that, changing towels and linens every other day unless requested by the guest to be changed every day is part of the hotel's sustainable development initiatives. There is a note in the room that explains this initiative into details. I am sorry this was not communicated to you upon arrival. I hope you will not let the above problems impair your perception of our service standards and will give us another opportunity to serve you better in the very near future. Sincerely,

Rooms were clean and tidied daily if requested. Restaurant food was very good and offered good value for money. Paper napkins or tissue in the rooms will be very good.
