Stayed at the Sebel Lower Hutt a few times now, and it is perfect for a work trip or for visiting family out in the Hutt Valley. Lovely modern rooms with lots of light. Stylish decor & compact kitchenette facilities. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and a work space in all rooms.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was very clean and a great size. Car parking was not ideal with limited parking and the alternative in a parking building up the street. As a solo female traveller, being in the parking building at night did not feel the safest. More room service options would be great, dinner was fine but disappointed that there was no breakfast option available

Good stay, but parking needs to be addressed, Was told cat park full and go and find your own one. Street was full and had to park 2 blocks away Luckily I only had 1 small suitcase

The staff were unfailingly helpful and went out of their way to try to address any issues we raised. The towels were wonderfuly large and the little 'night light' for the bathroom a nice practical touch The TV functionality was suboptimal for us. Getting the casting/streaming option operational took repeated calls and two different staff members help to fix. We had bought a hard drive with recorded TV on it hoping to just 'plug and play' but could not do so. Also, it was odd that the two TVs had different levels of functionality available and the fully functional one was in the lounge, not the bedroom. As the weather was fine, we did not spend much time in the room so it was not critical, but had the weather been less kind, the suboptimal TV options would have been a greater annoyance The other niggle was the location of the keypad for carpark access, basically requiring someone to get out of the car to enter the PIN
