Check-in was quick, and we had a lovely room and a comfortable bed. Check out was quick, too. The only thing was that one of the televisions didn't work, but it was not a real problem.

Well located for both the Hauptbahnhof and Stadtzentrum, plus supermarkets and eateries. The studio twin room is of a good size with good amenities. Perhaps could benefit from having a dustpan and an iron (although they may be available on request). The WiFi is fast and reliable and there are plentiful and well located outlets. The thermostat was temperamental (due to restricted interface), would benefit from instructions and/or guidance on auto settings. It was nice to be able to open the windows to otherwise cool the room but it was often loud outside, especially late at night, so this wasn't always desirable. The hotel was otherwise quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and checking in and out was straightforward.

Very nice aparthotel in the very center

The hotel is located just outside of the main station and five minutes from the old city - the best possible place for tourists. Couple of restaurants and a supermarket that is open until 11p.m. are at the same building group. You may not appreciate drunks and junkies but they always occupy train station areas, so you just have to live with it. My room was spacious and modern, and even the sofa bed was big enough (but very firm). It was clean and well-equipped. In winter it was chilly but the room can be quickly warmed up. The only complain is about the strong noise that periodically occurred during the night. The staff was super-friendly, but during the stay we didn't have any issues, so I don't know how helpful they are. All in all, the stay was comfortable and was worth the money.
