No air conditioning in 2023 is shameful in a hotel. Couldn’t leave the window open because of the noise. Left in the middle of the night because it was impossible to sleep with the heat and the noise

No water bottle was sold at a vending machin in the lobby that was not useful. The coffee machine at the lobby was broken and it ate my coins; a working staff helped us to serve other drinks in the cafe area.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. There are water bottles in the dispenser, but plastic bottles are no longer allowed. They look like milk bottles.

I used the hotel for my last stay before departure. The location is very practical, and well connected by rail. It is very quiet given the proximity of tracks and of the airport

Quite a bad experience. Hotel located into an awful area. No restaurant close the hotel. AC inefficient, no cold air. Noise of the aircraft from CDG just above. It was a really bad stay.
