It was our third two-day stay in just over a year and the first time we've had cause to complain. Comfortable though mall bedroom. Good buffet breakfast but both coffee machines in the dining room weren't working on both mornings and no waste bin had been provided next to the instant coffee and milk sachets on offer. On our second morning the coffee tray in our room hadn't been re-filled.

Heating did not work - heater on wall just blew out cold air all the time - room keys did not work when we went to room on arrival - we were told it was because the clocks went forward the week before we arrived!!! Toilet door lock was broken. The beds were tired and uncomfortable leaving me with a sore back. Shower head did not fit properly so when shower was pressurised it did not hold position. These are all general maintenance issues that should have been fixed - avoid room 203!!

Brilliant short stay in this hotel. A nice welcome at reception. Nice clean hotel, very cool decor. The room we had was all we needed for our stay. Everything was perfect. Again the decor in the room was spot on! No outside noise with it being very central. A 2 minute walk to the shops. Would not hesitate to return. Definitely recommend for a short stay
