I have always had the best experience at Mercure on Stevens. The staff, especially Sofia and Ash Glenn Chaw, are more than amazing. They accommodate every needs and respect the customers. The lounge here is highly under-rated as it is beautiful, quiet, and has good food and beverages. The price is also affordable for such a high quality service. Strongly recommended.

Great service. Housekeeping brilliant, facilities great. Only issue was storage in room. No full length hanging, lack of hooks and hangers ( more hangers provided when requested). Many design anomalies with room, not using best use of space. Small issues overridden by overall excellent stay.
