Short trip, one night stay. The location is central and the staff very friendly. I paid extra for breakfast which had a decent selection, nothing too fancy but for a small town it’s worth the money one would spend. The room was small however it was comfortable

The location is great, very close to the old town. Room clean and pleasant. The room service could be better- our used glasses weren’t replaced. But the most disappointing was breakfast- quite limited for the price, some of the fruit was not fresh, had to ask for certain things as they seemed gone before we arrived.

My name is Cai. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism that ALL hotel staff of Hotel Mercure Bydgoszcz Sepia was able to provide to me and my colleagues. The service was top tier, and the level of care and genuine friendly interaction was world class. It was possibly the best experience that I have had in Poland. The hotel staff was great!. From booking a time for the sauna, to room service, all my needs were met in a timely manner . I thank them all! I would like to highlight the staff member Miss Maja for her authenticity, care, respect, service and professionalism that she showed. I was most impressed with her due to her level of hard work and resiliency, especially during times of busy hours. Miss Maja also makes the best Mojito cocktail that I have ever had. And she thinks Nutella bread sandwich for breakfast is the best, like me. Thank you Miss Maja! I hope all is well with you, and the rest of the staff. This experience will most likely lead to my return to Bydgoszcz, and in this hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you Hotel Mercure at Bydgoszcz! I will not forget.
