Everything was fine, except the checking-in that took a very long time. There ought to be a desk dealing with Accor members as well as an English-speaking staff. It would greatly change the satisfaction level if you really take into account opinions.

El Hotel tiene buena ubicación, habitaciones muy chicas, con camas que son 0,75 plaza , baño diminuto, solo para pasar una noche, el desayuno que dicen es buffet, es muy pobre pero muy pobre, la atención regular. el Hotel no esta apto para personas movilidad reducida.

Good location, nightlife, and close to beach

This was a reasonably priced chain hotel. The reception was attentive and helpful. The housekeeping changed linens daily. A great view from the window of the skyline, the bare sandy mountains and the beach. Clean lobby. The best part was that it was a block away from Boquedano street. This is a pedestrian street lined with historical wooden buildings converted to restaurants and bars. Lots of nightlife. During the day time you can stroll around, people watch and shop at the temporary stalls. The beach can be walked to in about 10 to 15 minutes. The hotel also has a taxi stand.
