we could hear everything the neighbors do on the same floor. If someone arrives at two o'clock in the morning while you are sleeping, you will know it!

The aircon doesn’t work and mosquitoes come in

The reason for this score is down to 2 items: the a/c does not work - we changed rooms and it was the same. We dared to open the window to let air in as the room was warm and then had to deal with an invasion of mosquitoes that did not let us sleep and left us with a collection of bites across the body. We mentioned this to staff who tried their best and changed us rooms - however the new room still did not have a/c working. We did not open the window at all this time and it was quite warm. Somehow we still did have 2/3 mosquitoes about so we had a little chase the mosquito session before bedtime. The Accor website clearly advertises that you can control the temperature in your room and that there is a/c . This is absolutely not the case. In the first room the system made noise but no air came out and in the second room not even noise was being made.

No problems except the toilet cistern needed special attention to make the refill system stop after each flush. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Family stay- adjoining rooms. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is simple and clean, and the staff were helpful. The only challenge we faced was the parking. There was no possibility to park i in the hotel garage and we needed to find public parking, which is not always available. The hotel staff were helpful, however, and guided us to the nearest garage.
