Good location, poor professionalism from staff

Pros: - Good location. Cons: - At check in, staff asked all the questions to fill out the paperwork. I wonder what is the point of having booked through booking.com if I have to provide all my information again!? - The staff that was looking after me during the check in made inconvenient and awkward comments when he knew I was not from Brazil. - Parking is 27 reais extra and you have to leave the car keys with the staff.

Very good accommodation for a good price, comfortable, very well located, staff were very friendly since first contact. They have a very good breakfast that was included in our rate, but if not we’d pay easily because it was really worth it!

We stayed at night for sleeping, the beds were cozy and the breakfast adequate. The room was really small and the suitcases were all over the place, making it even smaller. Even if the breakfast was about to end, we could take a tray of food for our room, since our daughter was still sleeping. The place has a garage, but it's a third party service.

The staff is very kind and helpful, check-in very efficient and the hotel is nice and clean. The hotel restaurant is not that good, with few options for dinner and the prices are higher than I'd expected. Location is a problem. It´s safe and quiet, but almost nothing to do around at night, no bars, no restaurants, no nothing
