The service stuff is incompetent not trained they have absolutely no idea what to do. I didn't get invoice when checked out and after two times send an email and ask for invoice o didn't get any reply. The breakfast is the worst I have ever get in an Accor hotel.

I was charged today $130 for the minibar. I was charged $50 before for two cokes I don’t drink I don’t eat out of the minibar and yet I was still charged $132. It needs to be corrected.

Cheap, run down! A complete disappointment!

I have stayed at other Adagio in other cities and this has been the lowest quality Adagio I have ever stayed. It looks and feels cheap and run down. The 1st room Inwas given had a very strong odor of mold. So I asked to change rooms immediately! Still, the 2nd room was cheap and run down as the other room. Breakfast was not worth the extra cost. Was also cheap, low quality, lack clean tongues to pick up food. I will never stay at this hotel again when returning to Jundiai.
