The hotel feels very outdated, mould on the carpet in the room, lots of cracks and scuffs, waited a long time to book in. Overall not the best, wouldn’t stay again

Ordered room service. Never received the order. Rang room service, did not pick up the phone. I had to go and talk with Concierge but could not resolve my issue due to kitchen being closed. Had to go without dinner.
