From the time we arrived we were so happy we picked this hotel . Staff were just great , room was spacious clean and really quiet . Full windowed wall with a large balcony . Can’t say enough about what a great choice we made staying at the Sebel .

I was disappointed in the following items for a hotel presenting itself at this level. 1. Upon entering the room there was a fairly significant stain on the carpet. 2.The body wash in the shower was empty. 3. There was a burn mark or similar on the first shear curtain . 4. When the cleaner entered the room it was not an appropriate time, it was agreed they would return later . They didn’t return and consequently the room was never cleaned. 5. As the room was not cleaned , fresh towels were requested and a re supply of peppermint tea. Unfortunately the hotel had run out of this. I just believe that for the amount of money charged and to come up short on quite a number of things does not paint a good picture of the establishment. I will be travelling to Manly twice a month for 3-4 days for the rest of the year, and I would have to think about choosing the Sebel if this is the standard. Regards Garystewart

The staff were fantastic but the room itself is very old and small. It needs a big makeover. The beds were very uncomfortable and the bathroom was straight from the 1980s.
