The staff were extremely supportive and accommodating. The hotel was located in central Jerusalem and close to all the major tourist attractions. The only complaint I had was the room was a smaller and also there should be parking available without charges for customers. Overall it was a pleasing stay.

Amazing Hotel

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. I stayed here when I first arrived in Israel in late February and stayed again when I left Israel in late March. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and quiet. The breakfast is fantastic. Most importantly, the location is perfect. The Old City is right up Jaffe Road and the Shuk is right up Jaffe in the other direction. The light rail is a block away which can take you to the Old City, the central bus and train station, and up to Mt. Herzel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Jerusalem.
