Customer experience was great. Receptionist was nice, I got a complementary breakfast for two, the room was clean, and the food was amazing. There’s a lot variety of different kinds of food. One of the securities personnel helped me to find a car rental with drivers, so I could stroll around the city and try every must-go-to restaurant in Makassar.

The bed was dirty and has blood stain on it. Ever after it was changed there was like sand on the bed. The towel also dirty and had stain on it.

overall for my 2-night-stay, the mattress and pillow was useful for the short sleeps during my stay here, but the water pressure could be improved, and the veggies variety for breakfast too, can add more options. thank you for the warm welcome.

Stay for 2 nights here in room #407, and this is what I found and fell : 1. Carpet in room has breakage part of glass which found by my daughter at the corner of the room and the window almost harms my daughter 2. I've order rice at 10 pm through ROOM SERVICE but not arrived until 30 minute, have done confirmed then i found that the rice hasn't been prepared yet 3. Since us arrive in room we only found 1 glass, 1 tumbler and 1 tea spoon 1 tooth brush which we think it's under standard because normally all supplies set up in 2 pcs / pair each item, have done confirmed to HK and already fulfiled our request with 1 additional bath towel, 1 tooth brush and shower cap but tumbler, drinking glass and tea spoon are still 1 pcs each item

I like non smoking room and the room and food are excellent and well maintained. Need improvement on the internet connection as this is now a very important parts of all hotel and hospitality services.

All aspects of the hotel now is much much better compared to in July last year (2022) when I stayed here at this same hotel. Much improvements have been done.
