Terrible meal Tuesday evening. My wife ordered a hamburger well done, it came out completely undercooked. She sent it back. Then nothing. I slowly finished my meal but her’s did not arrive. Finally showed up, still not well done. Sadly, as hungry, she finished her meal — and then vomitted four times when back in the room. We have stayed with you many times but if we stay again, we will no longer use your restaurant

To start with the positive, the location is conveniently located right across the street from the train station linking it to all terminals. Check-in - long queue of people and only 1 reception available. Making the check-in process unnecessary slow & inefficient. The room - Lacks any basic amenities such as toothbrush, drinking bottled water, and a simple kettle would make your stay a lot more convenient. Pillows are really soft (almost no filling) and no extra pillows are available. Air Conditioning - The worse of it all is that the hotel air conditioning is centralized has “winter” & “summer” season. Therefore, on a warm day during spring when the central system is still under “winter” setting can only blow a fan into the room with almost no cooling at all. This led to not much rest during the night as the room was too hot. A decent rest is the basic an Airport Hotel should be able to offer. Breakfast - no-one checking the breakfast to assure people have access to it, leading to a crowded are. Also the variety is not brilliant but decent enough for the job.

Lighting was not enough in bathroom. Needs privacy blind with the black out curtain. Need a shower door, Shower sprayed water everywhere. Room was very quiet. Staff was very friendly.

You disabled the thermostat, and air circulation was OFF. With no windows, the experience was suffocating. The room temperature was too high, making it unpleasant to sleep.
