We used this hotel as a base during the last two weeks in April when traveling around Vietnam. The rooms are well appointed, the beds the most comfortable we have experienced in any hotel, and the staff could not have been more helpful. Linh booked a wonderful jeep tour for us and Anh was helpful in providing a room upgrade.

Well located. But the building is really run down, dark and totally unimpressive. I am surprised it is 5 stars. Ok that it was cheap.
