Well located but that's about it

When checking in one of the reservations for our business group wasn't available and we had to escalate to a manager to get another room. Also my room wasn't in the expected condition, there were hairs in the sink, the window mechanism was broken so it didn't remained open, and the shower glass door didn't remained closed while using it

ibis No-Show due to Flight Cancellation

I was charged 1 night no-show due to flight cancellation, and was unable to cancel the reservation online or advise of the revised arrival date. Because the hotel insisted on charging the 1 night, i cancelled the rest of my reservation and moved to another hotel. I am unlikely to use this hotel again, even though it is part of our global companies preferred hotel for Medellin.

Very relaxing and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent.
