Great city living experience

I loved the way it was designed with compact city living in mind. A fold up bed and extending table were nice touches as was being able to screen off the kitchen at night. The cooking facilities and fridges were big. Bed is comfy it's a nice distance to the station and very well connected by buses. Its a great safe neighbourhood and there are 2 big supermarkets in walking distance as well as some reasonably priced restaurants and a fabulous gin bar. The only thing that let it down was messy people leaving bags of rubbish near the lifts instead of using the rubbish bins correctly and the weekend staff didn't tell us where bins were but we explored and figured it as well as using the hoover which we also weren't told about. On the whole a solid nice place to stay.

Good location not a great stay but ok ... Disappointed, the toilet smelt very bad, and the room felt dirty. Staff weren't particularly helpful or friendly, if the room had been cleaner the toilet not so smelly and the staff friendlier this could have been an outstanding stay....but unfortunately it wasn't. I won't stay again....

We stayed in a studio room for 4 nights recommended by a friend who stayed in Adagio Paris. The whole experience went smoothly; Check-in, Check-out. It was well-located in a good part of the city with proper accessibility to the train station and bus lines. To the points of attraction & airport (even though we arrived after midnight, train line S9 was the direct line to the hotel). The room was clean & well-equipped with almost everything you need. The hotel was not too busy in our time so we had a peaceful stay. The only shortcoming was the bed for us which was narrow for a couple in a big room and no double duvet. The mattress was not "hotel-level" comfortable and the sheet set was of a low quality (Polyester) that could be noisy with each move while sleeping.

Overall a great experience but a few things could be approved to make it even better

I saw quite a few negative reviews so was a bit concerned. However.. We stayed room 419 overlooking the street and residential life in Berlin. Lovely. The fridge and microwave were a little dirty but nothing a few cleaning wipes couldn't sort. Bed comfy, linen crisp. Hot water a little temperamental but managed. Mostly it was ok. WiFi v good, had to sign back in daily but not a problem and I didn't need to do a review (like I did in most cafes). Well located. Short walk from nearest sbahn route from the airport (s9) which has lovely cafes and bakeries nearby. The manager (I think he was sorry can't remember his name) was friendly and welcoming as were his colleagues. Check in and out quick. We used the luggage storage too. The Easter Bunny chocolate a special touch..but had to share ;) They sell beers, drinks and snacks at reception which are reasonable priced. Didn't have breakfast as we preferred a simple latte and croissant and latte at Einstein and Coffee nearby sbahn Station. A lidl and edeka are nearby. The latter the best option great. You can also recycle there and get your fee back. Great stay and will stay again for sure! Thank you.
