Had an early check-in, got the desired room along with welcome drink and amenities as per my membership tier. The reception was helpful and courteous. This is a budget hotel and good for short stays. Good room for the price.

Need Improvement and more responsible staff and customer centric process

This time during check in, had worst experience. One staff member was "working" on the computer at reception, and was asked to wait. The other staff member was busy with other customer, no other customer was present in the lobby at that time. I was dead tired from the work day and too hungry too. So I took that opportunity to dine. After dinner the same as above at reception. Later I asked what the problem was and eventually after almost one hour, I was given the room keys with a mere "sorry" remark and a fake smile. At checkout, exact opposite, the staff "Madhura Joshi" was extra courteous and ensured a good experience. She took extra care and ensured I was free in the shortest possible time. Keep up the good work Madhura. The review above is an average from both the experiences. Worst at checkin and best at checkout
