Well located, comfy and clean. Great experience overall. The surroundings were felt a bit unsafe at times, smoking a cigarrette at midnight was another story every single time. I know it's not the aparthotel's fault, but too many crazy people at the entrance of the metro station nearby.

Well Located Hotel in the City Center. Near the De Brouckere station which is a plus as well. Lucienne was also helpful during the check-in process and she is very friendly. One thing to note is the laundry machine. Hopefully it can accept card as payment.

By mistake I booked room with breakfast, but immediately I called the property and also booking.com to rectify my booking, but it was not done , very unhappy with your service
