Initially we had a bit of a mix up with the beds where I requested twin beds, but was told they were double beds. When I looked closer I discovered they were twin beds put together and made with one double size duvet. Once the mistake was pointed out the staff were very accommodating. Other than that, everyone was very friendly and helpful and all my party really enjoyed their stay.

I travelled to Belfast for a family reunion. The hotel is well located with lots of pubs , shops and food places on the doorstep. The bed was comfortable and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I'm planning another stay soon
