I had visited Sampan Restaurant for dinner and I liked the Food And also the Drinks were amazing and for specially Thai festival cocktail and Mocktail made by Harsheel Jhaveri And Amit. Specially The Sparkling Citrus Mocktail was just mind blowing and Kafir Lime Mojito was great..🍸🙌🏻 I would highly recommend to also try other Beverages in their menu with amazing combinations...

It was a staycation at Novotel Juhu. View, location and check in was excellent. Swagata cleaned our room and it was perfect. Food was tasty and ample options available. Overall fantastic experience and stay was super comfortable. Thanks - shall visit again.

Very excellent hospitality. Room is kept well all the time . Very prompt services on request and it was seamless. I visited with my wife and younger daughter for a holiday. We all thoroughly enjoyed the stay. I must mention the name of one house kipping boy named Mr Swagat who was really very smart and helpful.

Some good staff but tired rooms for a Novotel.

Some really helpful staff and some not so.. Rooms are tired and in need of a refresh.. Location is good and the swimming pool was good too. Restaurant food was good, but really spicy for kids. I would have liked a more child friendly spread. Getting a drink from the bar resulted in me going to Gadda di Vida where I was told by the staff wearing a mumbai Indians T-Shirt to go the square. The Square looked baffled that I came to asked them for these drinks when the Gadda Di Vida could have arranged this for me. I was sent from one place to another to simply get drinks. Staff members who were particularly helpful: Vikram - lifeguard Sushant - Restaurant Mana - Bar Hitesh - Bar Security staff allowing guests to go to the beach was also always helpful. I'm not sure if I would rebook at this Hotel again but I'd like to commend the professionalism of some staff at the hotel.
