The worst in any hotel in Australasia

First things first this is not a hotel but a run down filthy place. The place is basically a scam. Its very dirty and there is no cleaning and changing of linen during public holidays. I used room 28 from the 31st of March to the 3rd of April. The room is dirty as you shall see on attached photos. The TV is not the best on the picture quality. The small fridge in the room makes noise all night you just have to be prepared for that. On the day cleaning was supposed to be done it was just pathetic as shown in the photos. I do not recommend anyone or even my enemy for this dirty place

Booked for 3 night only stayed one night. the room was absolutely disgusting. There were stains everywhere. The room smelt disgusting. The bedding had stains on them. The stairs and balcony were broken. The outside windows of the rooms looked liked they NEVER got cleaned. one star review.

A quiet, large comfy room was organised for our 3 night stay which was very much appreciated. All staff were very efficient, friendly and worked tirelessly to have a great variety of delicious brekky items delivered to our room promptly every morning while the restaurant was not operational. Thank you to all for a lovely stay we looked forward to returning soon to beautiful Albany.

We stayed from 29th May - 02nd June 2023. After an initial mix up with our booking for a family room we really enjoyed our stay. Jen was wonderful and organised an upgrade to a ground floor room where we could park outside the door. All through our stay Jen and Michelle did everything to make our stay pleasurable, those 2 girls clean rooms and work in the bar and restaurant and nothing was too much trouble to them. The breakfast was great and we ate in the motel every night and the menu although not large was excellent and all our meals were delicious. Our room was clean and large with was great as there were 3 of us and cleaned every day. Recommend this place and we would go back.

We had a Standard Room with a Queen Bed with a continental breakfast included. Cooked meal available for extra $10. Good location room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. A good location to be a base for exploring around Albany.
