We stayed for a few nights and really enjoyed our stay. Never been to this hotel before and it won’t be the last, we will definitely come again. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and enjoyable. There was a nice bar and patio area which was modern and relaxing. But most importantly the staff were friendly and welcoming. Especially Kylie, she was lovely, jolly and smiley, guided us on where we could go for a stroll and some local places nearby. She went above and beyond for us with the questions and requests we had, and even accommodated us with some more rooms that day, our friends surprised us and met us unexpectedly. Kylie is a great leader for your hotel and think she will thrive and achieve within your establishment being the wonderful person she is. Keep up the good work. We will be back soon.

Stayed here for 2 nights as a base for visiting Alton Towers. We normally stay in one of the on site hotels, but we wasn't impressed when we stayed over Easter so found the ibis budget on Booking.com. Our room was clean and perfectly adequate for what we needed. The reception team were all friendly and polite, parking was easy and was nice to see dogs allowed. There isn't really much storage in the room, not a problem though as we just used the desk for our bits. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that but it did smell good! I'd definitely recommend this to anybody going to Alton Towers! It's around half an hour away and over £100 a night cheaper - we will be back!

Very nice refurbishment recently. Comfortable, cheap and chic! Also nice and clean! Air con in the rooms as well as heat; TV and wifi included. Recommend the breakfast, good quality, delicious food. My friend and I went there for our trip to alton towers, about a 40 min drive from hotel, but a LOT cheaper tha staying nearer. Plus not far from Derbion shopping centre. Will definitely be staying here again!

The first time we have used a budget hotel. The rooms are functional and have all you basically need. We had a three person room so you need to watch you're head on the third bed. Plenty of sockets and lighting options. The room was very clean. Reception was warm and welcoming. Tea and coffee being sited at reception is a different style to the usual kettle in room. However always well stocked and clean. All staff seemed happy and greeted well. Special mention to Evija who was a great ambassador for you're brand. Took an interest in our stay and answered questions with regards to our plans. Also the general manager Luqmaan who also made sure all was well with our stay. We also used the bar and breakfast on Saturday. Again being budget didn't mean any rough service or skimping. Special mention to the unsung cleaning staff the back bone of you're marketing.
