Vi bodde i ett de luxe rum som kändes muggigt och luktade mögel. Kuddarna är jättehöga och när vi påpekade det, svarade de att det säger alla. Ok frukost, men tråkiga middagsbufféer. Mycket trevlig personal, fina poolområden och fin strand. Trevligt med så många uppträdanden på kvällarna. Fin och välskött trädgård. Bra restaurang mycket nära. Yogastudio på hotellet.

Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse på Mercure Resort Sanur. Hotellområdet är väldigt fint med mycket växtlighet, det är nästan som att bo i en djungel. Fint strandområde med gott om solstolar. Personalen är helt underbar, alltid lika vänliga. Bra frukostbuffé. Trevligt att man kan spela pingis, tennis och hyra cyklar.

Jag var som helhet nöjd, MEN städningen var så där! Vi hade en Pet flaska under sängen synlig från balkongen som låg där i 14 dagar, Pet flaskan var inte vår!! Alltså har ingen städat under sängen på hela vår vistelse.

Mycket vänlig personal. Bra med städning alla dagar i veckan. Bra att man fick byta strandhandduk varje dag. Bra och snabb servis då man önskade något. Lyhört mellan rummen. Missfärgade, ofräscha och illaluktande handdukar och badlakan. Ohygienisk frukostbuffé där katterna satt och åt på maten, syltburkar som var kladdiga och angripna av getingar, smutsiga bord och bordstapletter. Dåligt utbud av pålägg och frukt. Smutsiga dynor i solvagnarna och få och trasiga parasoll. Hade föredragit att det var rökförbud på hotell- och strandområdet, mycket störande att behöva ligga bredvid folk som röker och påtvingas den illaluktande röken! Solsängarna tingades tidigt på morgnarna utan att någon kom och la sig där förrän långt efter lunch!

Det var väldigt trevligt, hjälpsam och glad personal. Städet var för det mesta bra, men dom slängde en flaska som inte var skräp och glömde ibland sätta tillbaka rumskortet (så AC var ej på då vi kom tillbaka). Men överlag - jättebra

Hyfsat boende. Rummen/sängarna inte anpassade för 2 vuxna och två barn - vi fick dela säng. Mat och dryck var dyrt på hotellet WI-FI var mycket dålig Poolerna var bra Stranden var oftast bra men viss dagar mycket smutsiga

All service fungerar utmärkt men hotellet börjar bli slitet och underhåll behöver göras bl.a. på tak som regnar in. Inte så kul att se presenningar på tak år efter år. Har också klagomål på hur mycket klor man kan använda i eran stora pool främst, ni har alldeles för mycket vilket inte blir hälsosamt för kroppen. I övrigt så vill vi tacka för en mycket god vistelse och gott bemötande precis som vanligt då vi bor hos er.

Dear BLK, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We delighted to know that the service rendered by our staff was impressed you. I have been share your feedback with my team and I am sure it will motivate all of my team to keep up their performance. With regards of room condition, we pleased to inform that we do continually work on improvements to the Resort, though acknowledge until a full Refurbishment occurs some elements of interior design will be the original style. Though having said this, our extensive internal maintenance programs a drawing to a completion and we should have replaced 52 rooms worth of the older mosaic tiles which look very dated and are hard to maintain. This project is already 43 rooms completed. We have also changed nearly 1/5 of the Resorts bedrooms’ tiles over the last few months and more are being completed now. We will work diligently to do the best we can prior to any Resort Owner’s approval for refurbishment. We take note in regards of your concern about our chlorine at swimming pool, and has been shared with our respected department for our evaluation and improvement.
