Breakfast and room service were good. The room was great, high up with a lovely view and clean and spacious. My only issue was with the room doors being closed with a loud slamming noise, especially over the weekend. Couldn’t be helped because it’s the way they were designed but this is a hotel and guests don’t want constant disturbance from this kind of intrusive noise.

Since I was moving houses I had to stay at the Novotel for over two weeks. How do I even start? On the first day my friend and I ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream. The drinks arrived cold and with no added whipped cream . When we asked for some extra they said they would come bring it, however it never arrived and we had to go up to them and ask again since no none came for over 20 minutes. We were then told that they were out of stock. We said we did not want them anymore and were treated with disgust and annoyance. When sitting in the restaurant to study I was not asked for 3 hours if I wanted to drink something. When asking for scissors I was treated poorly and the girl at the reception just told me to ask someone else. When asking questions at the reception it was treated as a major inconvenience and was not helped. The cleaning of the room was poor, the staff came in multiple times without knocking which is unacceptable. The beds were not changed and i had to sleep in stains for over a week. The floor did not get vacuumed once. The dead mosquitoes i found on the window sill on day 1 was still there on the day of the checkout. When asking the staff for cleaning they just denied it and gave me sheets to do it myself. When I arrived the tv and mini fridge were broken and I had to ask 3 times for someone to come fix it. In conclusion, the stay was very disappointing and the staff inside of the hotel were everything but hospitable.

I stayed in a huge, spacious room with a very comfortable queen-sized bed. The staff were amicable and attentive. I liked the breakfast buffet and the food selection was more than enough! Two minor things to point out: the hand soap in my bathroom was almost empty at the check-in so perhaps worth making sure that this specific bottle is refilled more regularly due to heavier use; also, the self-check-in machine charged me for the city tax again at the point of check-out, however, the lady at the reception processed the refund right away. Overall, I had a really good stay at Novotel World Forum and would gladly return in the future!

When we booked the hotel, we marked it: 2-year-old toddler with us. But the staff didn't prepared a crib for our kiddo. We called the front desk and got a crib, but there was no bedsheet. In addition, the breakfast dishes were not completely cleaned. I got a juice glass with juice stains in it. The spoon my husband got had stains on it too.

Had checked in online before arrival but on arrival reservation queued on system so had to get staff to check me in - being a gold member thought I might have had some enhancement to my stay but no there was nothing I even had to request my free drink voucher! then later in the evening whilst I was in the room fortunately I was dressed the door opened and a guy was entering he had been given the same room. Not a good introduction to the hotel.
