The reception team is extremely attentive and dedicated. I am always very well taken care of. I highlight Nathalia and Alexandre, but there are others who are very attentive, unfortunately I didn't remember their names. I always receive extremely good service.

Just off Praça Liberdade, and a 5 minute walk from the Airport Bus terminal, standard Ibis reliability. Nice porch out front to observe the scene, and a very good buffet restaurant - Xodó - across the street. Could use some updating, but friendly and comfortable. OBS! It's easy to miss - just a small sign on the older building attached to the front of the hotel

I usually stay at Ibis because I know what kind of installations and service to expect. I found the Ibis BH Liberdade below these standards. The room was old, bathroom as well. Smell in the room was not nice like if someone had vomited inside it. Air conditioning old and loud.
