Good location but no cooling aircon in the room

The location suited me for the purpose of the trip. I was very dissatisfied however with the aircon in the room. I approached a member of staff about this who said there was no cooling - just a fan. Given I am from a cool country I found the room far too hot and sweaty - this made my stay uncomfortable. I wouldn't book to stay here again as a result.
