I was reserve a room by acoor , abd theres one lady has call me for the hotel while I was driving and coming to the hotel , she told me she need other card with no attude . I gave her another card which was a Visa , she say I can’t hear you and your reservation will cancel!! And she close the line on my face!! I call multiple times more than 20 minutes she didn’t respond , until I talked to one lady she was professional and helped me and take the payment, and she refuse to tell me the name for the mean lady but she was helpful , Thank you , Alyazeed A.. Staff very helpful although some language problems at first as my Spanish is very bad. Staff English was good enough to get by. Good to have a restaurant there with good food and breakfast buffet was good. Rooms small and plain but very clean and ok for me. No noise problems despite being close to major road. Will stay again. Also very good room cost.
