| Couple Truly awful stay. Won't be back. This used to be a decent hotel and it's in a good location. But some of the rooms are in need of a revamp. They are dirty . Stained and the carpets are thin..horrible and smelly. Bed was quite uncomfortable. We called reception to complain about loud people outside of our room shouting. Talking loudly, partying and slamming doors at 4am ! But only got the option to leave voicemail which we did and nothing happened. Dread to think what would happen in an emergency. Hotel needs to sort it's swipe cards out..they never work and then you get the blame when you ask them to check it. You can't use the lift or get into the room so really important that they work.

Standard business hotel, but very quiet place. 5 minutes walking distance from the station and situated on a street with many restaurants nearby. Nice morning breakfast. Very kind and friendly staff. They will help you with whatever help you need.

I travel for work every month and always stay in the same place.
