Despite of hotel is really old and need renovation, staff doing really great job, especially Tibor who honestly told that he is new ,was extremely helpful. Also, both refillable bottles with the shower gel were empty, housekeeping should pay more attention to it. In general, it was a nice time!

I have stayed at the Bratislava Ibis before and I like the hotel. The rooms are comfy as long as there away from the tram tracks. And last but not least: the staff is super friendly.
