Bra, men lite besviken att jag inte informerades om ombyggnaden vid bokningen

Det var en mycket angenäm vistelse vi hade när vi bodde på Sofitel St James. Vi mötes av en mörkt, rustikt härligt rum, med en fantastisk skön mjuk säng. Personalen var så hjälpsamma och vänliga. Det enda som man kanske skulle kunna tillskriva som negativt var svårighet med att stänga toalettdörren.

Att bo var bra. Frukost buffé sammansättning bra. Inte bra att man inte själv kunde hämta Tea o kaffe. Fick vänta 8 min på Tea, hade då ätit upp hela smörgåsen. Beställde sedan kaffe, tog 10 min o fick bara en kopp trots att jag ville ha två koppar, en till min fru också.

Vi har bott hos er tidigare,och har efter dessa tidigare besök bestämt oss för att alltid bo hos er när vi är i London. Tyvärr fick vi denna gång,2rum som ej nådde upp till våra förväntningar.rum Att ha utsikt mot en bakgård,med lågt till tak var verkligen inget som vi hade valt.Våra vixna söner dom bodde i rummet intill blev också besvikna. Dessutom fick vi en vattenflaska som var kork på ,men smakade fruktansvär illa(urin?)

Allt var perfekt, från välkomnandet i entren, mottagande och incheckning, rumet extraordinärt, room service, frukost, bar och restaurang, och express utcheckning. Oerhört trevlig och mycket väl fungerande service, conciergen kunnig och snabb. Jag har nu bott på hotellet vid tre längre tillfällen och intrycket har varit detsamma! Hotellet är utan tvekan ett av de bästa jag har bott på. Lysande!

Läget perfekt, concierge mycket effektiv, fin frukost och mycket roligt med bordet för barn och hela personalens vänlighet mot vår 6-åring. Enda nackdelen, som är ett stort minus: vi bodde i en svit med den tredje sängen en utbäddad bäddsoffa. Den var förfärlig. Jag har ryggskott ännu två dagar efter att sovit i den. Ingen stadga.

Tycker att det blivit till det sämre. Toaletterna på entréplan var smutsiga med mängder av papper på golvet. Servicen på personalen håller inte samma klass som tidigare, man var tvungen att överbevisa att i min bokning ingår frukost de sa att jag var tvungen att köpa till den som extra. Vi bad om sen utcheckning på kvällen, var tvungen att kontrollera om det var möjligt på morgonen då jag inte fått någon återkoppling på min fråga.
