The staff are super friendly but I didn’t expect that the room keeper still cleans my room with the sign hanged.

Room was tiny, looking straight out onto a brick wall 6ft away. Wasn't the cleanest. Have slept on softer floors. Pillows were rock hard as well. Blood stain on my daughters bed sheet, which we only spotted in the morning. Called reception twice for an iron, no answer.
