C'est un hôtel à fuire très sale partout même la couette était sale pas de serviette de toilette les sanitaires sales et en plus très bruyant même pour une nuit c est horrible. Pleis de claquage de portes et d'aller venu ds le couloir sans cesse.

Our stays are usually very good at F1's but this visit the opposite. On arrival to our room very good but discovered no towels. When questioned this with reception he replied we needed to buy one from the vending machine. This is not clearly stated at time of booking and sure it wasn't the case in previous F1 hotels we have stayed at. Very disappointed.

Moquette au sol dans un piteux état avec de grosse trace de fuite d’eau, mais le plus horrible c’est que la couette et le lit va être horrible mais ça sent le clochard. J’ai juste dormis avec un drap. Pas de serviette mis à dispo, faut en prévoir ! Toilette commune avec des gens irrespectueux mais bon c’est partout malheureusement.

We told you at checkout in we would be after 11 but the check in code didn't work and then we had to wait an hour for reception to come sort us out. Then the room we were given was broken and had no coded access on the wall so the door wasn't able to be locked all night. Some of the worst service me and freinda have ever had to withstand. We went over the road but they were fully booked.

Poor Hotel - No towels

We arrived and asked about our towels which had paid extra for. We were told the Hotel doesn't do towels! I explained that we had paid for towels, the guy on the desk said he would come back with the towels. He did not. Her also charged me again for the room and the towels on arrival even though I had paid online already so I have paid for the Hotel twice. I have stayed in many F1 Hotels but this one was in a poor state of repair and not clean.
